  • Mutton brain 4 cleaned remove veins
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Tomato chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies julienne 2
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Butter 1 ounce
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp



Heat oil and butter, fry onion light golden, add ginger garlic with tomatoes, fry well, add turmeric, chili powder, yogurt and fry well, add salt and brain, fry well, add allspice, dried fenugreek leaves, fry well. Lastly add coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger julienne, serve with nan.


  • Creamy peanut butter 6 tbsp
  • Butter softened ¼ cup
  • Granulated sugar ¼ cup
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 1 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Oats crushed 1 ¼ cup
  • White chocolate chips ¼ cup
  • Dried cranberries ¼ cup
  • Mini chocolate candies ¼ cup


Heat oven to 190 D. In a large bowl beat butter, peanut butter until creamy, add brown and granulated sugar, beat until fluffy, beat in vanilla, egg until well mixed, on low speed beat in flour and baking soda, stir in oats, cranberries, white chocolate chips. On ungreased cookie sheet drop dough by ¼ cup full 3 inches apart, top with mini M&M, bake for 15 mins until edges are golden brown, cool 1 min, remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.



Boneless chicken ½ kg small cubes
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Green chilies 8 grinded
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp grinded
Mint 1 tbsp grinded
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream ½ cup
Allspice ½ tsp
Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3 sliced
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Onion 1 raw grinded
Oil ½ cup
White pepper ½ tsp
White karahi masala 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp



Marinate chicken cubes with all the given ingredients except oil and onion for 1 hour. Heat oil, fry onion for 5 mins till light golden, add in the marinated chicken, cover and cook till done and oil comes on top. Lastly add sliced green chilies, coriander leaves, serve with paratha or nan.
