Mango Mousse is an absolute delight to have. This is a must have in the summer season!

Ingredients:

  • Mangoes 2
  • Whipping cream 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/3 cup
  • Gelatin 1tbsp

Method:
Soak gelatin into 2 tbsp of water. Blend mango, condensed milk and gelatin. Add whipped cream in mango mixture fold well. Add in glass garnish with cream and mango slices, cool & serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onions 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Ginger minced 2 inch piece
  • Garlic minced 15 cloves
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Dry red chilies 8
  • Black cardamoms 2
  • Green cardamoms 2
  • Cloves 10
  • Black pepper 10
  • Nutmeg grated a pinch
  • Coriander crushed 1tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

To finish:

  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Ginger julienned 1tbsp
  • Lemon 1

Methods:
Mix all ingredients cook till meat is done. For grave add ½ cup of water cook for 2 minute remove. Add green masala, ginger and lemon juice serve.
