Poori Recipe | Dawat

You don’t need to rush to the market every time you want t have a Poori. This Poori recipe will help you replicate that classic Poori taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2tbsp oil
  • 1tsp salt

Method:
In a bowl add yogurt, oiland salt mix. then add flour then knead with water and make soft dough. after this make ball and leave to raise. now roll out the dough and fry in heat oil.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup clarified butter
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp mixed melon seeds
  • 1tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch yellow food color

Method:
In water add sugar and make sugar syrup .after this in semolina add clarified butter and cook on low heat .then add green cardamom then stove off .finally garnished with mixed melon seeds and serve it .

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp colored vermicelli
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp Rose Syrup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1tbsp Jelly Pieces
  • 1 scope Vanilla Ice Cream

 

Method:
In milk add rose water and colored vermicelli add then blend and remove in glasses .then add vanilla ice cream , jelly pieces and rose syrup and serve .
