Ingredients:
For Chicken marination:

  • Chicken boneless cube 300 grams
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Hot spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Tamarind chutney as required
  • Paratha for serving
  • Mayonnaise as required

 

Method:
All marination ingredient mix in chicken and leave to marinate for 2 hours. Now in a pan heat oil and cook chicken on high flame remove from flame and cool then grind it. Now spread the chutney on the paratha and mayonnaise then wrap the roll in butter paper and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Ridge gourd 1kg
  • Garlic 10
  • Red button chilies 10
  • Green chilies 6
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Cumin 2tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Tamarind paste ½ cup
  • All spice 1tsp
  • Oil ½ tsp

 

Method:
Finely cut bottle gourd .now heat oil and add red chilies with garlic, then add bottle gourd cook on the high flame , when water gets dry add turmeric , cumin, salt , all spice tamarind paste and chopped green chilies , now give dum for 10 minutes and serve .
