Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 Kg
  • Onion fried 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Fennel crushed 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Rice soaked 2 cups
  • Nutmeg, mace 1 pinch
  • Food color a pinch

Method:

Marinate the chicken in the garlic ginger yogurt and salt leave for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan add chicken along with whole all spice cook till oil is separate.
Add coriander, fennel, fried onion cook till the chicken is half done
Add milk along with 2 cups of water. Allow to boil add rice, salt food color cook till water is dries out. Add mace, nutmeg, all spice. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes and serve

Ingredients:

  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Coconut grated 2 cup
  • Clarified butter 1/4 cup
  • Silver wrap to garnish

Method:

Add ghee and coconut cook till the color is changed. Pour coconut milk and milk together, Bring to a boil. Add sugar Keep stirring till it’s dissolved. Spread on a flat greased plate and allow to cool.
Garnish and serve
