  • Milk 1 cup
  • Gelatin powder 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Rose Syrup 3 tsp
  • Chopped Pistachios for garnishing

Add gelatin powder to milk in a pan and mix well. Heat the milk but not to boil it. Add cream and mix again. Add sugar and cook till all the sugar is dissolved. Lastly add rose syrup. Transfer this mixture in silicon moulds or ramekins of small bowls. Let the Panna cotta set in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.


  • Spinach ½ kg
  • Spring onions, sliced 3
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Cheese, grated 4 tbsp

For sauce:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cheese grated ½ cup
  • Nutmeg a pinch
  • Salt and pepper to taste




Blanch spinach leaves in its own water till tender. Puree and set aside. Mix in cream, spring onions, salt and pepper.  For the sauce, melt butter add flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, remove from fire and fold in the milk, let cook again till thick add in the cheese and stir till smooth. In a greased dish put the spinach mixture, make small indents with a spoon and break the eggs one by one in them, spoon cheese sauce over the eggs completely covering them. Sprinkle cheese and bake at 180 c for 20 minutes or till cheese is golden and the egg is cooked through. Serve immediately.
