Spinach Chicken is an ever so classic combination that always makes us overeat. Here is a special Spinach Chicken recipe that tastes so great, you certainly won’t regret overeating!

Ingredients:

  • Spinach blanched 1 kg
  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper whole 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Whole red chili 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Tomatoes chopped 4
  • Green chilies chopped 1 tsp
  • Ginger julienned 1 tsp

 

 

Method:
Take a large wok add oil heat the oil add chicken and cook it until golden brown add all spices and ginger garlic paste and keep stirring till oil separated from the oil add half cup water and close the lid and cook until chicken completely cooked, in the mean time take deep wok add water, add turmeric powder and spinach and blanch the spinach for 5 in boiling water now drain the oil and add to chicken and cook until oil separated Add green chilies. Now take a pan add oil, onion, red peppers, ginger & garlic and saute it golden brown and add to the chicken. Garnish with green chillies. And enjoy with naan or chapati.

Ingredients:

  • Seekh kabab (chicken) 1 packet
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion sliced 1 cup
  • Tomatoes finely chopped 1 cup
  • Tomato puree 3 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 2 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
Heat oil in a thick bottom pan.
Fry onions till they turn golden brown.
Add ginger & garlic paste and let them fry till the oil separates.
Add crushed dried fenugreek leaves.
Add all the masala powders to it, and then add the chopped tomatoes & the tomato puree.
Add salt to taste and then add little warm water.
Finally add the kababs, and let the gravy come to a boil.
Let it cook for another 3-4 mins or till the sauce gets thick.
Serve garnished with the coriander leaves, and the cream (optional

  • Mutton boiled ½ kg
  • Onions chopped 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • White kidney beans boiled 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Green chilies chopped 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ginger julienned 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp

Method:
Take a large wok add oil, whole all spice & Mutton, tomatoes & ginger garlic paste cook on medium high heat until oil separated.
Now add 1-1/2 cup water and kidney beans and cook for a half an hour until Mutton is completely done
Garnish with green chilies, all spice powder and coriander leaves. Enjoy with naan or chapati.
