  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Onions 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg ½ tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 2
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm


In a chopper add chicken mince, onions, green chilies, coriander seeds, red chili powder, salt, all spice powder, nutmeg, cumin, fresh coriander, bread slices, ginger garlic, butter and egg. Grind it well. Then apply oil onto the palm and make kababs out of the mixture. Now in the steamer add water and place strainer on top. Then place the kababs and steam it well. Lastly serve hot.


  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Eggplant ½ kg
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind juice ½ cup
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup


Heat oil, fry potatoes and eggplant. Then remove it. Now heat oil and fry curry leaves and cumin. Then add tomatoes, red chili flakes, crushed black pepper, turmeric powder, salt and garlic. Cook well. Now add fried potatoes, eggplant and tamarind juice. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Lastly add green chilies and fresh coriander. Serve hot.


  • Chapli kabab (chicken) 1 packet
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 250 gm
  • Black caraway ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 4
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Fresh coriander 4 tbsp
  • Oil as required


Heat oil and fry the chapli kabab. Then remove and set aside. Now grind tomatoes and add to the hot oil. Then add black caraway, red chili powder, curry leaves, salt, cumin, ginger garlic and turmeric powder. Cook well. Now place the fried kababs onto the place and add prepared tomato sauce. Lastly add fresh coriander and green chilies. Serve hot.
