Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef cut in strips ½ kg
  • chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Light soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar ½ tsp
  • Vinegar ½ tsp
  • Spring onions julienne 1tbsp
  • Green chilies cut in half 4 to 5
  • Ginger crushed ½ tsp
  • Garlic crushed ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Capsicum cut in square 1
  • Oil ` ½ cup

Method:
In a wok heat oil add green chills then add ginger and garlic crushed, then all vegetables let it simmer a little then add beef strips let it fry add all sauces 1 by 1 stirring constantly and dish out , serve with garlic rice or vegetable rice

Ingredients:

  • Prawns ½ packet
  • Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
  • Buffalo sauce 3 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Honey ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice ½ tsp

Method:
Deep fry prawns drain on tissue.in a bowl mix all ingredients toss the fried prawns and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops with fat 1 kg
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Whole spice ½ tsp
  • Ginger paste 3tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon stick 1-2
  • Bay leaves 1- 2
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
In big bowl mix all of the ingredients except cinnamon and bay leaves , leave it over night for best result else for 1 hour at least. Now in a big pot pour oil add cinnamon and bay leaves then the entire mixture and let it simmer in its fat . Once the oil is on top and meat is tender dish out and serve with salad and naan

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1liter
  • Kheer mix packet 1packet
  • Almonds chopped as required
  • Coconut chopped as required

 

Method:
Heat milk in a pan now add swad kheer mix packet stir well it it combine well,now cook on low flame for 20 to 30 min, and stir to thick kheer , now dish it out and add chopped almonds & coconut and serve .
