Pasanday Marination:

  • Chicken Pasanaday 500 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Meat tenderizer powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • White cumin powder ¾ tsp
  • All spices powder ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coal for smoke
  • Cashew nuts 6-7

For sauce ingredients:

  • Boiled onions ½ cup
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Boiled grinded tomato as required
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder as required
  • Turmeric as required
  • Cashew nut paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek 2 pinch
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp

For filling ingredients:

  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped mint 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chili 1-2
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Cream for garnishing
  • Cashew nuts for garnishing
  • Chopped ginger as required

All marination ingredients mix and add pasanaday then leave for 3 to 4 hours .after this all filling ingredients mix then set aside. Now pasanday spread then filling mixture place then fold it then cover it thread and fry shallow .now for sauce then heat and butter and oil and then add all sauce ingredients mix .finally place pasanaday then garnishing with cream ,ginger and cashew nuts and serve with sauce .


  • Bottle gourd 750 gm
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Boiled chopped tomatoes 3
  • Salt, chili, turmeric as required
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Chopped mint 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 3-4
  • Oil ¾ cup

Roast bottle gourd with skin on flame then remove skin, grated well. Heat oil add onion fry well. Also add white cumin, green chilies cook well. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, green chilies, and turmeric cook well. Add grated bottle gourd leave for simmer. Add mint and green chilies mix well, serve.


Naan ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Baking powder ½ tsp

Brushing ingredients:

  • Butter ½ cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander as required

In Flour all ingredients mix .Now add water and knead with hand and leave for 1 hour .after this add butter and crushed garlic and green coriander mix .after this flour and batter make balls and 15 minutes minutes covered .now roll out and brush with butter .then cook on oven or hot plate then serve.
