Ingredients:

  • Boiled & mashed potatoes 4
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Green Chili 1
  • Rice flour ½ cup
  • Oil to fry
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tamarind juice 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander as required
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

 

 

 

Method:
•  Take a bowl and mix boiled potatoes, red chili powder, salt, cumin and green chili.
•  Shape and coat with rice flour.
•  Fry in hot oil
•  Pour yogurt and tamarind juice over the fried cutlets.
•  Garnish with onion, coriander and chaat masala.

Ingredients:

  • Cream 1packet
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Red Jelly 1 packet
  • Green Jelly 1 packet
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Raisins as required
  • Almonds as required

Method:

•  Take a bowl and mix cream, sugar and vanilla essence.
•  Then add jellies and fruit cocktail and mix.
•  Garnish with raisins and finally chopped almonds.

Ingredients :

  • Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Chopped Spinach 1 cup
  • Sliced onion 2
  • Chopped Green chilies 2-3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Coriander seeds 1tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Peeled & grated potatoes 1
  • Water as required
  • Oil as required

Method:
•  Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except oil.
•  Then heat oil and fry pakoras.
