  • Mace ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg 1 inch
  • Black pepper whole 8- 10
  • Cloves 5- 6
  • Almonds 10-12
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 6-7
  • Green chilies 6- 7
  • Mint leaves 10 – 12
  • Oil as required
  • Green cardamoms 3 – 4
  • Black cardamoms 2
  • Cloves 3- 4
  • Cinnamon 1 inch
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander as required
  • Mint as required
  • Green chilies as required
  • Boiled rice 500 gm
  • Chapli kabab 1 packet
  • Fried onion half cup
  • Oil as required
  • Capsicum as required

Fry mace, nutmeg, green cardamom, black cardamom, black pepper, cloves, almonds, cinnamon and poppy seeds. Blend in blender. Heat oil add onion, garlic and green chili cook for 2 minute. Add capsicum cook. Also add yogurt, salt, bay leaf, cumin and white pepper. Add ground spice, add lemon juice cook well. Separate half masala add chopped mint, green coriander, green chili and fried onion. Add fried chapli kabab on top of it. Layer boiled rice. Add layer of remaining spice and give a simmer for 10 minute. Remove and serve.


  • Chicken 500gm
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fenugreek 1 tbsp
  • Onion 3
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Green coriander 1/2cup
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Garlic 5-6
  • Yogurt 100 ml
  • Milk 50 ml
  • Cream 50 ml
  • Oil as required

Apply white pepper, black pepper, chaat masala, salt and fenugreek on chicken. Blend onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and green coriander and add in chicken, mix well and leave for 1 hour. Heat oil in pan add marinated chicken cook till golden color comes. Heat remaining oil in pan add all masala in it cook for 5 to 6 minute. When oil separate add chicken leave for 5 minute. Give a smoke of coal and serve.


  • Water ¼ cup
  • Oil or butter ½ cup
  • Egg 2
  • Brownie mix 1 packet

Pre heat the oven. Grease the pan. add brownie mix in bowl then add oil and water blend well. Pour in pan. keep in oven at 180C bake for 20 to 35 minute. Remove from 10 minute and cool.
