Yellow Curry Pasta
Chicken breast 2 cut into julienne
Garlic 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Thai yellow curry paste 1 tbsp
Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Flour 2 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Milk ½ cup
Thai yellow curry paste 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Thai rice stick noodle 2 cups
Oregano 1 tsp
Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
Marinate chicken with garlic, lemon juice, yellow curry paste, crushed red pepper and salt. Heat oil and butter. Add onion fry till soft. Add chicken and cook for 5 mins. Add all the seasonings, milk and cream. Cook till thick. Add noodles. Toss well till saucy. Serve garnished with coriander leaves and pepper crushed.
