Ingredients:

  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Whole dried milk 1 cup
  • Saffron 2 pinch
  • Almonds, pistachios as required
  • Sterling silver leaf as required

Method:
Add boiled rice in milk and cook until they got mix well. Now add sugar, saffron and whole dried milk and cook until it gets thick. Then take out prepared kheer in sand pots and garnish with almonds, pistachios and sterling silver leaf.

Ingredients for marination:

  • Chicken 8 pieces
  • Meat tenderizer 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 2 pinch
  • All spice powder ¾ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil or clarified butter for fry

Ingredients for gravy:

  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Ginger (finely cut) 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt ¾ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander for garnish

Method:
Put all spices on chicken and leave overnight. Now heat oil or clarified butter and shallow fry chicken it. Then heat clarified butter, fry green chilies and remove. In same clarified butter add ginger garlic paste, salt and yogurt and saute gravy well. Now add fry chicken and cook in slow flame until chicken get tender. Then saute it and add lemon juice, fry green chilies and chaat masala and let it simmer. Now take out in dish and garnish with green coriander and ginger.
