  • Chicken Mince 500grams
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Ground almonds 2tbsp
  • All spice powder ¾ tbsp
  • Green chili 2

Gravy Ingredients:

  • Onion paste 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  • Yogurt ¾ cup
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Oil ¾ cup

For Green chili stuffing:

  • Large green chili 8-10
  • Fresh coriander (chopped)1tbsp
  • White cumin (crushed) 1-1/2 tsp
  • Grinded fennel seeds 1tsp
  • Onion seeds 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1tbsp

Firstly add the meatballs ingredients in a grinder and make meatballs. Then heat the oil in a pan and add grinded onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander and yogurt to roast. Then add ½ cup of water and cover the pan and cook it. Cut the green chili from the centre and add all the ingredients with lemon juice and stuff it in the green chilies. Lastly add the green chilies with the meatballs spices and simmer them for 5mins and serve them hot.

Kadhi Ingredients:

  • Yogurt ½ kg
  • Gram flour 3/4 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Grinded onion 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder as required
  • Turmeric as required
  • Whole red chili 2-3
  • Crushed garlic 2 cloves
  • Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
  • Pakora ingredients:
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Chicken (lengthwise) ¾ cup
  • Chopped spinach ¾ cup
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder as required
  • Turmeric as required
  • Soda ¼ tsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for oil tempering:

  • White cumin ½ tsp
  • Onion slices 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 2 cloves
  • Whole red chili 3-4
  • Curry leaves 5-6
  • Oil as required

For garnishing:

  • Green coriander as required
  • All spices powder as required

In yogurt add gram flour and 4 cup of water mix well .now heat oil then add fenugreek seeds ,whole red chili and garlic cloves fry .then grinded onion paste ,red chili ,salt and turmeric add and roast the masala .now add yogurt and gram flour mixture add then stir the spoon continuously and cook the khadi till than thick then add salt and mix .for pakora gram flour dissolve and mix all the ingredients then make make pakora and fry in oil .then for bhagar heat oil add all ingredients then do the bhagar on khadi .finally garnish with green coriander and all spices powder and serve .
