Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2kg
  • Boiled chickpeas 250gm
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Mix spices 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2- 3
  • Coriander 1/4 cup
  • Bay leaves 2 – 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin 1 tsp

Method:
In a pan, heat oil add onions untill brown.
• Now add ginger, garlic, tomatoes paste, green chilies, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds, black peppercorns and fry well.
• Then add water, boiled chick peas.
• When boil comes add soaked rice and cook.
• When water dries, let it simmer and after 10 minutes removes from the stove.
• Chanay ka Pulao is ready.

Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2kg
  • Whole wheat 1 cup
  • Mix pulses 1 cup
  • Barley 1 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Haleem masala 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil or Clarified butter ½ cup
  • For Garnish:
  • Green coriander for garnish
  • Garlic sliced for garnish
  • Garlic Sliced for garnish
  • Green chilies sliced for garnish
  • Lemon sliced for garnish
  • Fried onion for garnish
  • Chaat masala as required

Method:
Soak together wheat and barley overnight and gram lentil separately
Next morning cook wheat and barley with 10 cups of water on low flame till tender
Boil gram lentil in 6 cups of water on low flame till tender, cool and blend all three together
Heat 1 cup oil add sliced onion fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, chili powder, haleem masala,coriander powder, salt, turmeric, cumin , mix spices and cook covered
Add 4 to 6 cups of water cover and cook till tender, then mash beef very well with hand blender
Now mix mashed beef with blended wheat and gram mixture
Put to cook in a pan meshing very well adding little little water
Add all spice and chat masala and keep mashing very well, cook for at least half an hour, lastly heat ghee ½ cup
Add 1 sliced onion, fry till light golden, give baghar on top of haleem in a serving bowl
Garnish with chopped greens, ginger sliced, lemon.

  • Seekh Kabab 1 packet
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Butter 50gm
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1tbsp

Method:
Heat oil and butter now fry the kabab’s , add all the ingredients and chop well , lastly sprinkle coriander and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Clarified butter 125 gm
  • Sugar 100 gm
  • Flour 100 gm
  • Semolina 50 gm
  • Dry milk powder 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamoms 3-4
  • Baking powder ¾ tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
  • Lemon color as required
  • Pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Almond 2 tbsp
  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Walnut 2 tbsp
  • For Garnish:
  • Sesame seeds to garnish
  • Poppy seeds to garnish
  • Fennel seeds to garnish

Method:
In a medium sized bowl, add the flour, dry milk powder, semolina, baking powder, cardamom powder vanilla essence, ghee and sugar. Coarsely grind Coconut pieces, Almonds, Pistachios, Cashews and walnut . Add yellow food color.
Using warm Milk start to knead the ingredients together.
Let the dough rest in a warm place for about an hour. Later, knead the dough till pliable and let it rest till ready to use. Preheat your oven to 180°.
In a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil, start by taking out a small portion and flattening it out into discs of about an inch thick. Make them all that way and arrange leaving some space.
Brush egg on them and top with poppy seeds, sesame seeds and fennel seeds
Bake for about 15 minutes. Then, lower the temperature to 150° and bake till competely done.

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Red or green syrup 1 cup
  • Chia seeds ¼ cup
  • Dry fruit ¼ cup
  • China grass ½ cup
  • Red food color as required
  • Green food color as required

Method:
Prepare China grass in 1glass of water and divide them in to two and add green food colour I n one and red in other.
Once China grass gets set into jello form in a blender add milk,any syrup, chia seeds,dry fruit and pieces of China grass.
Garnish it with dry fruits on top.
