For Boiling Of Chickpeas Ingredients:

  • Boiled white chickpeas 2 cups
  • Tea bags 3
  • Cinnamon sticks 1 piece
  • Large cardamom 2
  • Small cardamom 3-4
  • Salt to taste

For Roasting masala Ingredients:

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt, chili, turmeric, coriander as required

For Channa masala dry ingredients:

  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Citric acid powder(khattai powder) 1-1/2 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 1-1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp

For oil tempering ingredients:

  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Channa masala 2 tbsp
  • Thickly chopped tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Finely cut ginger for garnishing

For boiling white chickpeas all ingredients mix and boil till than chickpeas tender .now chickpeas dry masala mix well .after this heat oil and fry onion .then roasted masala all ingredients mix well and roast .now ½ cup of water add and cook 15 minutes .for tempering all tempering ingredients fry .now add chickpeas masala add .then mix in chickpeas .finally garnish with fine cut ginger and serve .


  • Flour 3 cups
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander for garnishing
  • Butter for brushing

Except green coriander and butter all ingredients mix and knead soft dough .now make balls and cover for 15 minutes .then roll out then roast on hotplate then brush with butter .finally garnish with green coriander and serve .


  • Peanuts ½ cup
  • Green coriander ½ cup
  • Green chili 3-4
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida 2 pinch
  • Whole red chili 3-4
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Jaggery 1 tbsp
  • Black gram ½ tsp
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp

Heat oil and fry peanuts .then green chili and white cumin add and fry then cool it .now add green coriander ,salt ,jiggery whole red chili and tamarind pulp mix and grind it .after this 1 tbsp heat oil and fry mustard seeds then add black gram fry and serve with chutney .


  • Chicken shredded 1-1/2 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Egg 1
  • Chopped green coriander, green chili ½ cup
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 large
  • Bread crumbs 2-3 tbsp
  • Grinded Green chili 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Lettuce for garnishing
  • Cucumber for garnishing
  • Tomatoes for garnishing

Except Oil and garnish all ingredients mix. then make small kabab. now heat oil and fry then garnish with garnishing ingredients and serve.
