Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Wheat flour 3 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Spring onion 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Clarified butter for frying

 

METHOD:

Put all ingredients except clarified butter and tomato in bowl, mix well and leave for 1 hour. Now make big kabab and shallow fry in clarified butter. Then before frying, put tomato slice on each kabab and fry it until golden.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 1 cut in cubes
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano leaves ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Penne pasta boiled 1 packet

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • Onion chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Olives chopped 3 tbsp
  • Jalapeno chopped 1 tbsp
  • Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Oil as required

 

METHOD:

Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper and oregano leaves. Now heat oil in frying pan and fry garlic lightly, then put chicken and fry until it cook.

METHOD FOR SAUCE:

Heat oil and fry garlic and onion. Now add tomato puree, red chilies, salt, black pepper, chicken powder, sugar, oregano, olives, jalapeno, cream cheese, cream and water and mix it nicely. Now put boiled pasta and chicken, mix it and serve hot with garlic bread.

Ingredients:

  • Cream whipped 400 gm
  • Caster sugar ½ cup
  • Curd cheese 1 cup
  • Mango puree 2 cups
  • Mango cubes 1 cup
  • Mango jelly 1 packet
  • Mint leaves for garnish

 

METHOD:

Beat cream with sugar until thick. Now add curd cheese, mango puree, mango jelly crystals and beat. Pour in serving bowl, garnish with whipped cream, mango cubes and mint leaves.
