Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 whole
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Red chili 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • All spice 1tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
    Coriander powder 1tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Water as required
  • Butter 2 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 large
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped coriander ½ bunch
  • Chopped mint few springs
  • Chopped green pepper 1
  • Chopped garlic 2 cloves
  • Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Boiled egg 1

 

Method:
Marinate chicken with all spices. Heat oil and saute onion in it. Then add vegetables and saute them with spices then add rice. Now stuff it in chicken put egg and seal it. Cook it for 40 minutes in pan. Add butter in chicken gravy and put it on chicken and roast chicken in oven till golden.

Ingredients:

  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Cardamoms 2
  • Nuts (for garnish) ¼ cup
  • Edible silver leaf for garnish

 

Method:
In a pan roast gram flour that its color gets change. Then heat clarified butter add cardamoms when they start spluttering then add roasted gram flour and cook well that aroma comes. Now add sugar, milk and cook till it leaves sides of the pan. Now garnish with nuts and edible silver leaf and serve.
