Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breast 2
Cheddar cheese slices 2
Salt and pepper half tsp each
Eggs 2 beaten
Dry flour to roll
Bread crumbs as required
Method:
Marinate chicken breast with salt and pepper. Put cheese slice on 1 breast, cover with second breast, press firmly, roll in flour, dip in egg , then bread crumbs, do this twice, deep fry in fry pan till golden brown in low flame serve with fries
