Chicken Goulash Recipe | Dawat | Chef Abida Baloch

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs (chopped) 500gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Sliced onion 1
  • Chopped mushrooms ½ cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Crushed garlic 2 cloves
  • Sweet paprika 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Boiled fettuccine 1 packet
  • Sour cream 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper as required

Method:
Saute chicken in oil and remove. Now add onion, mushrooms, capsicum, garlic and paprika in oil and cook. Then add tomatoes and tomato paste when water gets dries then add chicken with salt and black pepper. Serve with fettuccini with sour cream and green onions on top.

Ingredients:

  • Sliced apples ½ kg
  • Condensed milk ½ cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp

For crumble:

  • Flour ½ cup
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Almonds 3 tbsp (for garnish)

 

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 C. Heat condensed milk and butter in pan. Then arrange apple slices in oven proof dish add condensed milk on top. Mix flour, butter and make it like crumble with hand then add on top and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
