- Boiled bow tie pasta 1 packet
- Peas 1 cup
- Corns 1 cup
- Olives 1 cup
- Mushrooms 1 cup
- Butter 1-1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 /4 cup
- Minced garlic 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Dried basil 1tsp
- Crushed red pepper flakes 1tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Shredded cheese 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the oil, garlic, corn, peas, Mushrooms and seasonings until blended. Gradually add the milk, bring to a boil; cook and stir until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese and sour cream. Drain pasta; toss with sauce and serve with olives.
- Rice 2 cups
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Brown onion 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Potatoes (cubed) 3
- Plain yogurt 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes thinly sliced 2
- Whole spice 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Green chilies 4-5
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat add whole spices, brown onion, Garlic paste. Cook for 1 minute then add ¼ cup water along with potatoes and let them cook then add chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, yogurt. Cook for 5 minutes then add tomatoes and cook until mashy and oil separated add rice with 2 cups of water.
Cover and Cook for 10 minutes or until water nearly dry add green chilies on top.
Simmer for 5 minutes or until done.Tahari is ready to serve.
