Ingredients:
- Fruit Cocktail 1 tin
- Red jelly 1 packet
- Green jelly 1 packet
- Cream 1 packet
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 4 tbsp
- Almonds (chopped) ½ tsp
- Raisins 100 gm
Method:
In a bowl add cream. Sugar and vanilla essence and beat it. Now add Fruit Cocktail, Red jelly and Green jelly mix it. lastly add almonds and raisins, serve it.
Ingredients:
- Samosa strips 12
- Chicken kofta 1 packet
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Finely Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds (crushed) 2 tsp
- Finely Chopped Capsicums 2
- Cream 4tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil as required
- Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry koftay, salt, crushed garlic and ginger. Now cut koftay add crushed black pepper, crushed cumin, capsicum ,cream ,butter and green chillies mix it. Now fill this in samosa strips .now dip this in egg and fry till golden.
Ingredients:
- Green gram ½ cup
- Pink lentil ½ cup
- Bengal split gram ½ cup
- Onion 1
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt ½ tsp
- Green chilies 6
- Oil for frying
For The Yogurt:
- Yogurt ½ kg
- Milk 1 cup
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Tamarind juice 4 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Method:
Soak all lentils for 2 hours. now strain and blend with onion, garlic, salt and green chillies. now fry in heated oil. after it soak in water. for yogurt beat yogurt, sugar, milk and salt. lastly put phulky in yogurt mix. serve with imli chutney.
