Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken thighs 300 gm
- Buttermilk 1/2 cup
- Hot sauce 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Black paper 1tsp
- Dry ingredients
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper 4 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
For Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Smoked paprika 1 tsp
- Hot sauce 1 tbsp
For Assemble:
- Hot dog bun toasted 2
- Cabbage sliced cabbage 1/2 cup
- Cucumber pickles as required
Lettuce as required
Method:
Marinate chicken with buttermilk, hot sauce, salt and black pepper for whole night. Mix all dry ingredients. Coat the chicken with dry ingredients fry well. Mix all ingredients for sauce. For an assembling place pickled cucumber, cabbage, lettuce, chicken and sauce. Serve.

- potatoes 2- 3
- Chicken sliced 300 gm
- Cheese shredded 1 cup
- Sour cream 1/2 cup
- Hot sauce to taste
- Onion diced 1/4 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Green onions sliced for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Method:
Make holes on potato with fork. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Apply salt and black pepper on chicken. Remove pulp from top and base of potatoes. For filling mix cream, cheese, onion and hot sauce. Fill in potatoes. Cover with chicken slice and apply tooth pick and again bake for 15 to 20 minute. Garnish with cream and green chilies.
