Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Yellow bell pepper julienne ½
- Red bell pepper julienne ½
- Onion sliced 1
- Iceberg lettuce 5 cups
- Avocado sliced 1
- Coriander leaves sliced 2 tbsp
- Cucumber 1 sliced
- Tomato 1 sliced
- Sour cream to serve
Ingredients for dressing:
- Olive oil ¼ cup
- Lemon juice ¼ cup
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Make dressing by mixing all together and shake well, marinate chicken fillet with half the dressing then grill the marinated chicken in ¼ cup oil until done. Heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan, stir fry onion with bell peppers, keep aside. Put all the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl with cooked chicken cut into strips, drizzle the remaining dressing, serve with extra dressing and sar cream.
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 ½ cup
- Cream 1 packet
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp heaped
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Green chilies 10
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander seeds 2 tbsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Black pepper power 1 tsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken for 10 mins until light golden, add ginger garlic paste with chopped green chilies, add yogurt with dry spices, cover and cook for 20 mins, when chicken start to need oil, add chopped coriander and some more green chilies. Lastly add cream, leave it on dum, mix well, serve with nan.
Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder ½ cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Cold water 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method:
Pre-heat oven on 350 d, sieve all the dry ingredients, keep aside. Mix mayonnaise, cold water and vanilla essence, add to the dry ingredients, mix well, put to bake in a loaf pan for 30-35 mins on 180 d. Remove and serve.
