Ingredients:

  • Undercut Meat ½ kg
  • Noodles (boiled) 1 packet
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

For Making Sauce:

  • Capsicum 2
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1

 

 

Method:
• First of all, cut undercut meat into horizontal long strips. After this add garlic, black pepper, vinegar, mustard paste, oil along with salt. Leave it for half an hour.
• Now in another pan add marinated meat, cook on low flame. Cook until tender and then dry the water and turn off the flame.
• For making Sauce: in one saucepan add stock.
• Then add soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice along with brown sugar.
• When boil comes add boiled noodles and removes from the stove.
• Also add 2 long strips of capsicum, chopped tomato along with chopped onion.
• In the end dish out beef strips in platter. Pour sauce on top and serve well.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Boiled Beef ½ kg
  • Yogurt Lassi ½ liter
  • Tomatoes 250g
  • Onions 4
  • Red Chili Powder 1- ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Small Cardamoms 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bay Leaves 2
  • Green Coriander ½ bunch
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic 2 tsp

 

METHOD:
In a clay pot handi, add 4 onions and make them brown. Chop 250g tomatoes. Put 2 tsp ginger garlic, 1- ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 6 small cardamoms, 1 tsp salt and 2 bay leaves. When aroma comes, then add chopped tomatoes in it. Then add 1 kg boiled beef and cook it properly. Put ½ liter lassi and put it on simmer for 30 minutes. When gravy becomes thick, then turn off the stove.

  • Potato ½ kg
  • Carrot 250 gram
  • Peas ½ kg
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Tomato 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Fry onion ½ cup
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
Blend yogurt, onion and tomato in a blender. Heat oil and add blended paste in it. Also add cumin, turmeric, salt, red chili and all spice powder and sauté well. Now add 1-1/2 cup water when boil comes then add chicken cube. Now add vegetables and cook on low flame for ½ an hour. Then add boiled eggs and green coriander and turn off the flame.
