Ingredients:

  • Rice ½ kg
  • Chicken Boneless ½ kg
  • Mint Leaves 1 bunch
  • Onions 2
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Curry Leaves 10
  • Chicken Stock 2 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole All Spices 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

 

Method :
Heat ½ cup oil and add 2 onions and golden brown them. Now add ½ kg chicken, 1 tbsp whole mix spices and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook it properly. Now add 1 tsp salt, 2 cup stock and 10 curry leaves and cook it for 10 minutes on low heat. Then take ½ kg soaked rice, 1 bunch of mint leaves and 6 green chilies and leave it to cook. When the water evaporates, then put it on simmer for 10 minutes. Delicious curry patta pulao is ready.
