Ingredients:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
    Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp
  • Mace grinded ¼ tsp
  • Onion 1 large grinded
  • Brown onion 3 tbsp grinded
  • Elaichi powder ½ tsp
  • Poppy seeds grinded 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram grinded 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Rice ½ kg
  • Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf 1

 

Ingredients for Masala:

  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Boiled peas 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Screw pine water 1 tbsp
  • Yellow color a pinch

 

METHOD:

In your chopper add mince with ginger garlic paste, all the spices, brown onion, raw onion, chopperize all together till smooth, now make small tiny balls of mince, boil water in a pan with 1 bay leaf and whole spices, 1 tsp salt, put your small tiny koftas in your water and let them cook for 10 mins, strain and left the stock, in the remaining stock add black cumin seeds ½ tsp and ½ kg of soaked rice, cook on high flame till water is reduced and rice nearly done, keep aside.

 

METHOD FOR MASALA:

Heat oil, add brown onion with all the spices and yogurt, fry masala well, add in your boiled koftas, boiled peas, cook for 10 mins. In a pan spread half rice, then kofta mixture, top with remaining rice, lastly sprinkle with screw pine, mix with yellow color and saffron, leave it on dum, mix and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Coco powder 4 tbsp leveled
  • Instant coffee 2 tbsp leveled
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Milk ¾ cup
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Egg 1

INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

  • Grated chocolate 4 ounce
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 1 ½ cup
  • Warm water 2-3 tbsp
  • Coffee 1 tsp

 

METHOD FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

Melt grated chocolate with butter on low heat, remove from heat, add in sieved icing sugar and hot water mixed with coffee until smooth, if required add more hot water to reach drizzling consistency.

METHOD FOR CAKE:

Grease and lightly flour an 8×8 inch square pan. In a mixing bowl mix flour, sugar, coco, baking powder, soda and salt, add milk mixed with coffee, oil and vanilla, beat with electric beater on low speed until just mixed, beat on medium speed for 2 mins, add egg and beat for 2 mins more, pour batter into prepared pan, bake for 35 to 40 mins on 180 D, cool cake for 10 mins, remove cake from pan, cool on wire rack, spoon chocolate glaze over cooled cake.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
  • Desiccated coconut 3 tbsp
  • Banana 1
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ice cubes 1 cup

 

METHOD:

Add all the ingredients to the blender, blend for 1 min, serve garnished with pineapples.
