  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Coriander roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Chicken legs 2
  • Crushed red chili flakes 2 tbsp


Method :

Mix all the ingredients of chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes then steam it and in the last fry it with 1 tsp of red chili powder in oil and serve with dip.


  • Apple gourd 1/2 kg
  • Onion, chopped 2
  • Tomatoes, chopped 3
  • Garlic ginger paste 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Dried mango powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander Leaves chopped 2



In a pan add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown, at this point add chopped tomatoes and a bit of salt and sauté till the tomatoes soften. Add all the spice powders and keep sautéing until the masala combines well. Switch off the heat. Allow the mixture to rest for some time. In the meanwhile, peel the the apple gourds, slit them on the top cross wise. Do the same for the rest of the apple gourds. start stuffing the mixture into the cut apple gourds as much as possible. Heat a pan, drizzle some oil place the stuffed apple gourds inside the pan and gently cook them on low heat. Add the remaining stuffed mixture also and sprinkle some salt and add a cup of water. Cook them for about 10 minutes or until. Done. serve hot with chopped coriander leaves.


  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Crushed mint leaves 2 tbsp



Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
