These Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect mix of peanut butter cookies and chocolate chip cookies! They’re soft, small and chewy and everyone loves them.
Ingredients:
- Butter 120 gm
- Peanut butter ½ cup
- Brown sugar 60 gm
- Caster sugar 65 gm
- Flour 160 gm
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Chocolate chips 50 gm
Method:
• Beat butter and caster sugar well until it becomes creamy.
• Now add all the dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
• Mix well and it cool a little.
• Make small balls out of it and place the cookies on a baking tray.
• Lastly bake at 170°c for 15 minutes.
