Ingredients:

  • Whole red lentil                 1/2 cup
  • Gram lentil                          1/2 cup
  • Turmeric                              1/2 tsp
  • Salt                                         to taste

For Tempering:

  • Cumin                                   1 tsp
  • Green chilies                       5
  • Onion sliced                        1
  • Tomato chopped              1
  • Chopped ginger                 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic                   2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder               1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil                      1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves                         for garnish
  • Salt                                         as required

 

Method:

Soak both lentil for 2 hour. Add turmeric and salt cook till its done. Heat oil adds cumin then add onion cook till golden in color. Add tomato, chilies, salt, ginger cook masala well. Cut green chilies from center add in it. Add masala and garnish with mint.

Ingredients:

 

  • Chicken minced                     300 gm
  • Roasted gram flour               1-1/2 tbsp
  • Bread sliced                           1
  • Chopped onion                      1
  • Green coriander                     2 tbsp
  • Garlic                                      1 tsp
  • Coriander powder                 1 tsp
  • All spice powder                     1/2 tsp
  • Red chili                                 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder            1 pinch
  • Green chilies                          1-2

 

For gravy:

  • Yogurt                                     1/2 cup
  • Tomato                                   1-2
  • Garlic ginger                          1tbsp
  • Onion fried                             3
  • Cumin powder                       1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder                 1 tsp
  • All spice powder                    1 tsp
  • Red chilli                                1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder                  1/2 tsp
  • Oil                                           1/2 cup
  • Salt                                          to taste
  • Coriander leaves                   as required

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients of meat balls and fry well. Add blended fried onion, yogurt and tomatoes. Heat oil add all spice powder cook. Add salt, green chilies, coriander, ginger garlic paste fry well. Add as required water then add meat balls, all spice powder, cumin and green masala serve.
