Ingredients:

  • Beef Steak 300 gm
  • Salt & Pepper 3 gm
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Chopped 1 tsp
  • Butter 150 g
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies 2
  • Chick Peas puree 100 gm
  • Beetroot Cubes 60 gm
  • Cherry Tomato 4
  • Micro Greens for garnishing

Method:
Apply salt, black pepper, chopped garlic and oil on beef and marinate well. Cook on medium flame. For sauce heat butter in pan then add garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, black pepper and green chilies mix well. Remove in platter add chickpea puree, beet root cubes, cherry tomatoes and micro green, serve.

Ingredients:

  • Beef minced 500 gm
  • Raw papaya paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Garlic ground 1 tbsp
  • Ginger ground 1 tbsp
  • Oil or Clarified butter 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Chopped lemon 1
  • Kachri Qeema Masala 1 packet
  • Ginger as required
  • Yogurt as required

Method:
Apply papya paste and Kachri Qeema Masala on minced leave for 3 hour. Heat oil or clarified butter add garlic ground, ginger ground cook for 1 minute. Add mince leave for 5 minute. Add yogurt and 4 glass of water cook on high flame. Turn the flame to medium heat cook till minced becomes thick and oil is separate from gravy. Add green chilies, ginger and lemon juice.

Ingredients:

  • Blueberry Syrup 30 ml
  • Green Apple Puree 40 ml
  • Pineapple Juice 50 ml
  • Lemon Juice 15 ml
  • Ice Cubes 6 Cubes
  • 7up 1 can

 

Method:
Take a glass and add blue berry syrup, add green apple syrup, pineapple juice, ice, 7up and sugar syrup.

Ingredients:

  • Tailon Prawns 6
  • Salt & Pepper 2 g
  • Crushed Chili 2 g
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Soya (Dill) 3 g
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Serrano Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Green Onion For Garnishing
  • Thai Chili For Garnishing
  • Tempura Flour For coating
  • Flour For coating

 

Method:
Take a bowl, add prawns, salt n pepper, crushed chilli, lemon juice, oil and soya for the marination and mix it well.
Then take tempura flour, add water and mix it well. Then take prawn and coat it in normal flour and then dip it in tempura flour and then fry it in oil.
For the sauce, take a bowl, add mayo, Serrano sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, salt n pepper and mix it well.
For Garnishing, take green onion and thai chilli and sprinkle it on the prawns.
