Ingredients:

  • Fine vermicelli 1 cup
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Fine chopped almond, pistachios as required
  • Vanilla essence few drops

Method:
Firstly, milk boil in a pot. Now broke the vermicelli. When it’s come to 1 or 2 boils then add sugar when milk thick then stove off and add vanilla essence. then cool it and dish out. Finally add cream, ready jelly, fruit cocktail and garnish with chopped almond and pistachios then serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Onion 250 grams
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Cardamom 6
  • Star anise 6
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Yellow food color as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Lemon 2
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Green chili 4

Method:
Heat oil and fry onion .now add ginger garlic paste and meat and cook on low heat .when meat tender then add potatoes ,tomato ,black pepper ,cumin ,small cardamom ,star anise ,red chili powder ,salt ,turmeric and coriander powder add and cover it .when masala ready then do the layer in balti then pour on masala ,then add mint ,green chili and lemon juice and food color pour after this add oil and boil it then bake at 180degree for half an hour and serve it .

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Onion 3
  • Green chili 2
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Mace, nutmeg 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Grinded tomatoes 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup

Method:
In a chopper add chicken mince ,onion ,nutmeg mace ,red chili powder ,salt and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste add and grind it .now make round kabab .then in tasla add oil and heat it .now add grinded tomatoes, ginger garlic paste ,yogurt ,chili sauce ,tomato ketchup and turmeric mix then roast it well .then spread the kabab .when kabab red then turn it .finally add green chili and garnish with green coriander and serve .
