Ingredients

  • Chicken (Cubed)              ½ kg
  • Oil                                           ¼ cup
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Onion Rings (medium)   2
  • Butter                                   3 tbsp
  • Dried Chili Pepper Paste               3 tbsp
  • Yogurt                                   2 cups
  • Fenugreek Leaves           1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves                        2 tbsp
  • Ingredient for Tikka Masala :
  • Garlic                                     1 tbsp
  • Ginger                                  1 tbsp
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder              2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice                       3 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder                  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric                              1 tsp

Methods

  1. Add 1 cup of water in ginger garlic paste, mix well and sieve it.
  2. Add turmeric, red chili, salt, cumin and lemon Juice in the ginger garlic water. Mix all well
  3. Add chicken cubes to it and marinate it for 2 hours.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry chicken.
  5. Add burning coal in the center of the pan and allow the smoke to spread by drizzling oil ti it
  6. Remove the coal and add water, cook it on low flame for 15 minutes, till the water dries off
  7. Heat oil on a flat pan, add yogurt, Dried Chili Pepper Paste, salt, fenugreek leaves and fry it all on high flame for 5 minutes.
  8. Lastly add mint leaves and butter , cook for 1 minutes and serve hot.
