Ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillet 4
- Coconut milk ¾ cup
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Sambal oleak 2tbsp
- Brown sugar 1tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1tbsp
- Salt as required
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Oil 2tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients and keep aside for 2 hours, then grill it and sprinkle coriander and serve.
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 400gm
- Capsicum 1
- Mangoes 2
- White pepper 1tsp
- Salt as required
- Onion 1
- Cashew nut 6-8
Ingredients for sauce:
- Ginger 1tbsp
- Mango puree 2tbsp
- Brown sugar 1tbsp
- Vinegar 2tbsp
- Spring onion ½ cup
- Oil 4tbsp
Method:
Heat oil add ginger and chicken fry well. Now add pepper, puree, sugar, vinegar, salt and onion , now add mango and mix. lastly add spring onion and cashew nut and serve .
Ingredients for salad:
- Mangoes 1-1/2 cup
- Carrot ¾ cup
- Spring onion ½ cup
- Capsicum ½ cup
- Peanut 2tbsp
Ingredient for dressing:
- Lemon juice 2tbsp
- Honey 2tbsp
- Ginger 1tsp
- Red pepper crushed 1tsp
Method:
Mix all and pour on salad leaves then serve chilled .
Ingredients:
- Oats ½ cup
- Milk 1cup
- Chocolate 2-3tbsp
- Dry fruits 2tbsp
- Brown sugar 2tbsp
- Coconut milk ¾ cup
Method:
Grind oats and cook in milk till it gets thick , now add brown sugar, coconut milk and chopped chocolate cook till thick, lastly pour in bowl garnish with dry fruits and chocolate and serve.
