Ingredients:

  • Veal chops 1 kg
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 4 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red orange color few drops
  • Water 1 cup

 

METHOD:
Chanpon ko achi tarhan dho ker papita laga ker achi taran ragrain yahan tak kay chop kay color halka whiteness ki taraf ajae. phir ke patilay men oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak sauté ker len phir chops or tamam masalay or pani dal ker bilkul halki anch per 1 40 se 45 minutes kay liye dum per chor den. Jab chops gal jaen to to nikal ker or jo sauce bachay us ko thora sa paka ker garha ker len.
Ab gill pan per halka sa oil laga ker chops ko dono janib se saikh len or dono jabin thora thora sauce bhi gala len jab chops well-done hojaeb to garam garam serve Karen.

Ingredients to marinate:

  • Mutton 1 KG
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red orange color few drops
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

Ingredients to pulao :

  • Rice 750 gm
  • Onion slices 1 cup
  • Curry leaves 15 – 20
  • Whole spice 1 tbsp
  • Plum 10 – 12
  • Tomato slices 2 medium
  • coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • mint chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chili small 4 – 5
  • Koyla 1 piece

 

METHOD:
Mutton marinade ker nay kay iye ek mixing bowl men mutton or tamam masalay dal ker 6 hours kay liye fridge men rakh den.
Ab ek patilay men oil garam ker kay piyaz ko fry ker len phir curry patta or sabit garam masala dal ker bhoon len phir marinated mutton dal ker ker fry Karen or thora sa pani dal ker dum per chor den jab mutton gal jae to tomato, dhania, podina, aloo bukharay or hari mirchen dal ker 2 se 3 minutes tak fry Karen phir 2 minute koylay ka dum laga ker pani shamil Karen or ubal anay den jab ubal ajay to rice dal ker itna pakaen kay pani rice ki sata per ajae phir dhakan laga ker dum per chor den or phir akhir men ek dafa or koylay ka dum laga ker serve Karen.

  • Mustard oil 3 tbsp
  • Fried onion ¼ cup
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • App spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 4 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Green chili big chopped 1 tbsp
  • Mint chopped 2 tbsp

 

METHOD:
Beef fillet ko wash ker kay parchon ki surat men kaat len phir phir ek mixing bowl men beef or tamam ajza siwaae butter, podina or green chili kay dal ker beef ko marinade ker len or taqreeban over night fridge men rakh len.
Phir beef parchon ko seekhon men laga ker koylon per paka len ya to grill pan men halka oil laga ker grill ker len. jab meat achi tarhan pak or gal jae ko beef ko chopper men dal ker pees len.
Ab ek bartan men butter or thora sa oil dal ker garam Karen or bareek kati hari mirchen dal sauté Karen phir pisa huwa beef dal ker khob achi tarhan fry ker len itna kay butter or qeema alag alah hojae phir last men podina dal ker mix ker len.
