Ingredients:

  • Reddish (grated) 2 cup
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Finely Chopped Green Chillies 2-3
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder ¼ tsp
  • Coriander (crushed, roasted) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Potato (boiled) 1
  • Carom Seeds 1 tsp

Ingredients For Parathay:

  • Plain Flour 2 cup
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

  • Green Peas (boiled) 1 cup
  • Finely Chopped Onion 1
  • Finely chopped Tomatoes 2-3
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt as required

  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Ginger (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies as required
  • Garam Masala Powder as required
  • Oil ½ cup
