Ingredients:

  • Taru 1 cup
  • Beef with bone 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 2- 3
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili whole 4 – 5
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander chopped as required

Method:
Heat oil, fry onion till golden in color. Add ginger garlic paste sauté well. Add beef cook well. Add water leave for simmer. When meat is done add tomatoes and all spices cook well. When oil and spice is separate add taru leave for simmer. Add lemon juice and green coriander mix well, serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Food color few drops

For Coating:

  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Corn flakes as required
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Oil for frying

METHOD:
Mix all ingredients in chicken and leave for 2 hour for marinate, keep in fridge. Heat oil In pan add chicken cook on low flame till chicken is done and water is dried out. Mix bread crumbs and corn flakes in bowl. Dip chicken in egg, coat with bread crumbs and corn flakes. Heat oil in wok fry chicken till golden color comes.

Ingredients:

  • Rice 500 gm
  • Green lentil 1 cup
  • Beef minced 1 cup
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Whole red chilies 5-6
  • Water as required

METHOD:
Heat oil add onion cook till golden brown color comes. Add ginger garlic paste cook. Add beef minced cook. Add water leave for simmer. When meat is done add cumin, salt, whole red chilies, green lentil, rice and water cook. When water is at rice level cover and leave for simmer. Serve mince with kichri.

Ingredients:

  • Fine flour 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Garlic fine chopped 2 se 3 tbsp
  • Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Water as required

METHOD:
Mix flour and all ingredients in bowl knead well and leave for 15 minute. Make small balls. Roll and cook tawa.
