Ingredients:

  • Brinjal boiled ½ kg
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Garlic powder 1tsp
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Bread crumbs 2cups
  • Parmesan cheese 1cup
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil for frying
  • Eggs 2

 

 

Method:
Boil brinjal peel and mash, now add salt , black pepper , coriander , bread crumbs , parmesan cheese , garlic powder , and green chilies mix well, now give kabab shape dip in eggs and fry .

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Finely cut mangoes 1 cup
  • Mango custard 4 tbsp
  • Cham cham 250 grams
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Cream cheese 1 cup
  • Red jelly 1 packet
  • Cake rusk 1 cup

Method:
Add sugar in milk and let it cook. When it starts boiling then dissolve custard powder and add in it. When it gets thick then turn off the flame and let it cool down. Now add half mangoes and half red jelly. Then place cake rusk in a dish then pour prepared custard also add cream, cream cheese and blended mangoes over custard. Then garnish with cham cham and rest of the jelly.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Boiled chickpeas 2 cups
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Cinnamon 1 inch pieces
  • White cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Cloves 4
  • Black pepper 6
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Yogurt 3 cups
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp

 

METHOD:

Heat ½ cup oil, add whole spices, add chicken, fry for 5 mins, add ginger garlic paste with dry seasonings, fry well adding little water, cover and cook till chicken half done, add yogurt with crushed brown onion, all spice, and boiled cholay, cover and cook till dum and oil comes on top, lastly add boil egg ,chopped coriander green chilies ginger sliced. Serve with nan.
