Coffee Chocolate Mousse is an incredible tasting dessert with the easiest recipe possible. Eat it with your favorite cookie or layer it like a trifle, either way, it’ll be a hit!
Ingredients:
- Whipped cream 500 gm
- Sugar powder 1 tbsp
- Chocolate ¾ cup
- Coffee 1 1/2 tbsp
- Gelatin 1-1/2 tsp
Ingredients for garnish:
- Cherries for garnish
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Chocolate grated as required
- Water as required
Method:
- Melt chocolate and gelatin.
- Dissolve coffee, sugar and melted gelatin and mix well.
- Add in the melted chocolate and mix it.
- Mix this mixture in whipped cream.
- Place this in the fridge.
- One the mouse has set in the fridge; decorate it with cherries, grated chocolate and cream
