Ingredients
For Green Chutney:

  • Mint ½ bunch
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Green Chilies 5-6
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic Cloves 3 – 4
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:
In a blender add mint, coriander, green chilies, salt, garlic cloves, vinegar, water and blend. In a wok add oil, chicken and cook until chicken tenders. Add prepared green chutney in the wok and mix well. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Finally, add salt to your taste and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti, boiled 1packet
  • Basil pesto 1/2 cup
  • Fresh lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Red pepper flakes 1tsp
  • Salt & black pepper as required
  • Basil leaves as required

Method:
In a large skillet add the pesto, 1/4 cup of water and stir to combine. Add the pasta, red paper flakes, salt and toss to coat, turn the heat off. Add lemon juice, basil leaves and serve.
