  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion chopped ¼ cup
  • Tomato chopped ½ cup
  • Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum chopped ¼ cup
  • Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint chopped 2 tbsp
  • Soya chopped 2 tbsp
  • Spinach boiled paste ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Eggs 3 se 4

Heat oil in wok add onion sauté well. Add garlic and green chilies cook well. Add tomato, capsicum, mint, coriander, soya and all spice mix well. Also add spinach paste, cook. Add mixture in serving bowl or dish, break egg on 3 to 4 places. Place dish in oven for 180C for 8 to 10 minute. When eggs is done add green coriander, mint and soya mix well, serve.

Ingredients For Phyllo Dough:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Corn starch as required

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Pistachio chopped ¼ cup
  • Almonds chopped ¼ cup
  • Brown sugar ¼ cup
  • Peanuts ¼ cup
  • Raisins ¼ cup

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Water 1 cup
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Rose water 2 – 3 drops
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp


  • Butter ¼ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Phyllo dough as required
  • Nuts filling as required
  • Sugar syrup as required

For dough mix flour and all ingredient in bowl knead well. Leave for 15 minute to rinse. Make balls and again leave for 15 minute. Apply corn starch on ball and fine roll them. For sugar syrup add sugar, water and all ingredients in pan cook till it becomes thick and syrup is formed. For filling mix all ingredients in bowl mix well. For baklava mix oil and butter apply on baking dish. Fill the filling of nuts on phylo dough sheet. Again place phylo dough sheet apply butter or oil. Bake in pre heat oven at 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes. Pour syrup on it.

  • Onion 1
  • Garlic cloves 2-3
  • Coriander 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Pita Bread 3-4

For Garlic Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Cumin crushed ½ tsp
  • Oregano ¼ tsp

For Mayo Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp

For Garnish:

  • Tomato julienned as required
  • Cabbage julienned as required
  • Onion julienned as required
  • Ice berg as required
  • Green chili chopped as required
  • Carrot julienned as required
  • Pita bread as required
  • Salt as required
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

For falafil blend chickpeas, onion, garlic and all spices in chopper. Add mixture in flour mix well. Heat oil in wok; make small balls of mixture fry well. For garlic sauce mix all ingredients in bowl. Mayo sauce, mix all ingredients in bowl. Place garnish ingredients in serving platter then place falafil. Add pita bread and pour both sauces. Mix all ingredients of mayo sauce.
