Ingredients For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 1 kg
  • Water 400 ml
  • Cardamoms 3-4

For Dough:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Rang kat ¼ tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Water as required

 

Method:
In the sugar add water and cardamoms. Cook until it become thick. Allow it to cool. Then in the flour add rant kat and water. Mix well. Now add baking soda, mix for about 2 minutes. Leave it for about 10 minutes. Now heat oil and fry the jalebi. Once it is fried fully dip to the sugar syrup and serve.

Ingredients For Dough:

  • Flour 250 gm (2 cups)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter 50 gm (4 tbsp)

 

For Filling:

  • Potatoes (boiled) 1 kg
  • Green peas 300 gm
  • Fresh mint 3 tbsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6-7
  • Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 200 gm
  • Oil for frying

 

Method:
For the dough mix all the ingredients and knead a dough. Allow it to rest. Then in the boiled potatoes mix all the vegetables and prepare a filling. Now spread the dough evenly, place the filling and prepare the samosa. Lastly fry in a hot oil. Serve.
