Ingredients:

  • Bottle gourd (Shredded) 500gm
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Cardamoms 3-4
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Whole dried milk 150gm
  • Almonds 2-3 tbsp
  • Pistachios 2-3 tbsp
  • Edible silver leaf as required
  • Green food color as required

 

Method:
Boil bottle gourd in milk. When milk dries out then heat clarified butter in separate pan then add cardamoms and let them splutter now add bottle gourd and cook well. Now add sugar and cook. Add food color, half nuts, half whole dried milk and cook for 1 minute. Garnish with remaining nuts, edible silver leaf, whole dried milk and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Prawns ½ kg
  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Chopped coriander ½ cup
  • Green chilies 6
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Brown onion 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Screw pine essence 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Yellow food color ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp

Method:
Fry prawns with salt. Add oil on tawa then add ginger, garlic, cumin and let them splutter. Now add tomatoes, red chilies, turmeric, and coriander, salt and cook well. When tomatoes get tender then add yogurt, half green coriander, half green chilies and fry them. Now add boiled rice, brown onion, yellow food color, screw pine essence and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then add remaining coriander, green chilies, lemon juice and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Green cardamoms 1-2
  • Cloves 1-2
  • Water 1 cup
  • Ginger slices 1-2
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cinnamon ½ stick
  • Black tea 1 tbsp
  • Honey or sugar 2–3 tsp

 

Method:
Add all ingredients in water except milk and cook for 5 minutes. In last add milk and cook then add honey or sugar and serve.
