  • Beef (boiled ) 1/2 kg
  • Kidney beans (boiled) 250 gm
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 4
  • Green chilies (chopped) 4
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin (roasted and grinded) 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander as required
  • Salt to taste


In the water add kidney beans and salt. Boil well. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the onions. Now remove half the onions and add boiled beef, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, roasted grinded cumin and salt. Cook properly until the beef gets tender. Now in a pan add yogurt, tomatoes, all spice powder, green chilies, lemon juice and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Lastly add remaining fried onions and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.


  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onions (sliced) 2
  • Garlic (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 8-10
  • Coconut (grinded) 2 tbsp
  • Cumin (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Coriander (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 2 cups
  • Curry leaves as required
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon grass as required


Heat oil and fry the onions. Then add garlic, whole red chilies, turmeric powder, salt and grinded coconut. Cook for a minute. Now add crushed cumin, soy sauce, brown sugar, crushed coriander, lemon grass, curry leaves, black pepper and coconut milk. Cook properly until it gets well combined. Then add chicken and cook well until the chicken gets done. Lastly place it in a serving dish and serve hot.


  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Fenugreek leaves 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Turnips 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 10
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup


Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic. Then add tomatoes, salt, red chili flakes and turmeric powder. Cook well on a high flame. Now add fenugreek leaves, turnips and spinach. Cook properly. Once the water is dry cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Lastly add green chilies and serve hot.
