Ingredients :

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • beef mince ½ kg
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2
  • Fried Onions 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • White Beans 1tin
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp



Add cooking oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, fry it lightly
Add mince, tomatoes, fried onions, salt, red chili powder, cumin, turmeric powder, Garam Masala, coriander powder, water & cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame. Then add white beans, Garam Masala, & cook for some seconds
Garnishing with lemon slices & green chilies.


  • Onion chopped 1 large
  • Green Chilies 3 to 4
  • Cashews 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese(paneer) 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Clarified butter as required


Take onion, chilies and cashews in a dry pan. Add a cup of water and cook till onion is soft. Take it in a blender and puree till smooth. Heat clarified butter in a pan, add in cumin. Add in the pureed onions and cook till it leaves the sides. Add in salt, garam masala powder, curd and mix well. Then paneer and Dried fenugreek along with cream and mix. Take it off the heat, add coriander leaves. Serve.
