Ingredients for Marinate:

  • Chicken with skin 4 pieces
  • Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 -3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Dry Batter:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Corn flour ¼ cup
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp

METHOD:
Ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal ker achi tarhan mix ker len.
For Broast Masala:
Chaat 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp

METHOD:
Tamam ajza ko mixing bowl men dal ker mix ker len.

LIQUID BATTER METHOD:
Ek mixing bowl men as required dry batter or pani dal ker mix ker len.

FRYING METHOD:
Ek mixing bowl men pani, salt or vinegar dal ker chicken ko 25 se 30 minutes tak kay liye bhego den bowl men pani itna ho kay chicken doob jae.
Ab Ek mixing bowl men chicken or tamam masalay, oil or lemon juice dal ker 3 se 4 ghanton kay liye marinade ker len.
Ab chicken ko dry batter men coat ker kay liquid batter men dip Karen or phir dry batter men dip Karen or low flame per 15 se 16 minutes tak fry ker len or seasoning dal ker serve Karen.

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Milk 2- 3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying

METHOD:
Ek mixing bowl men maida, corn flour or tamam masalay dal ker mix ker len ab cheese strips ko maiday men coat ker kay eggs men dip Karen or bread crumb laga ker fridge men rakh den or phir adhay ghantay bad low flame per fry Kar len.

Honey Mustard Sauce Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch

Chili Poppers Ingredients:

  • German chilies 12- 15
  • Boneless chicken strips ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese strips as required
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Milk 2 -3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil as required

Honey Mustard Sauce Method:
Tamam ajza ko mixing bowl men dal ker mix ker len.

Chili Poppers Method:
Ek pan men oil gararm ker kay lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker bhoon len ab chicken dal ker bhoon len or phir tamam masalay shamil ker kay 2 se3 minutes tak pakaen.
Ab mirchon ko darmiyan se kat ker beej nikal len or in men chicken or cheese stuff ker den. Ab mirchon ko maida or corn flour kay mixture men coat ker kay eggs men dip Karen or bread crumb laga ker fridge men rakh den or phir adhay ghantay bad low flame per fry Kar len.
