  • White chickpeas ½ kg
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Mustard 1 tbsp
  • Black cardamom 2
  • Cloves 6-8
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup


Heat oil fry onion and garlic.
Now Mustard, Black cardamom, Cloves, Black pepper, Red chili powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder mix and fry 1 minute.
Boiled Kabuli chickpeas and salt add and further cook for 5 minutes.
After this 4 glass water and boil then flame slow and cook for 15 minutes.
Then add yogurt and cook on high flame.
Finally add garam masala powder mix and serve.


  • Chicken 500 grams
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ground coriander 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cashews ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Onion slice, large 1
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup



Method :
heat oil and onion ,ginger and garlic fry then add chicken, coriander powder, Yogurt and salt add and continue stir frying for another 10 minutes. Finally add the cashew nuts, black pepper and lemon juice and fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
