Ingredients:

  • Green lentil with skin 250gm
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Green chilies 3
  • Coriander leave chopped 2 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds 1 ½ tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 ½ tsp
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp

 

Method:
Mix altogether in the grinded daal. Deep fry serve with chutney

Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise 1cup
  • Crushed chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup 1tsp
  • Soy sauce ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:
In bowl mix red chill, ketchup, salt and soya sauce mix well now add mayonnaise mix it serve.

Ingredients:

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Kidney beans boiled 2 cups
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Carrots diced 3
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Chicken boneless 500 gm
  • Coriander chopped 4 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Potatoes 3
  • Chicken cube 1
  • Water 4 cups

Method:
In a pan add butter and oil and heat. Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Add salt and pepper to the pan and mix well. Finely chop the garlic and add to the pan and cook for 30 seconds Add the flour and mix until the vegetables are properly coated add the chopped chicken and sauté in the pan for 4 to 5 minutes .Then then Add the bay leaf chopped coriander and chopped potatoes and mix well and add chick peas and water and bring to boil cook for 10 minutes with lid on and then dish out.
