  • Fish fillet ½ kg
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Flour as required
  • Oil as required
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp



Wash the fish fillet well and towel dry, season with salt, both the peppers and lemon juice, put bread crumbs in a bowl, season with salt, pepper parsley, parmesan cheese, paprika, mixed herbs, garlic powder. In another bowl add cream and egg, beat together, put flour in a dish, grease a ovenproof dish with oil, coat fish in flour, then in egg, then in egg and cream mixture, then coat well in bread crumbs, put in a baking dish, bake for 20 mins.


  • Flour 4 cups
  • Yeast 2 ½ cups
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Milk 4 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp for topping



Put all the ingredients in bowl except one egg and sesame seeds, and knead with lukewarm water into a smooth soft dough, bang the dough, leave to rise for 1 hour until double, punch down, roll into a big rectangular, spread with filling, roll like a swiss roll, cut pieces, put each cut piece in a well-greased cupcake tray, again leave to rise covered for 1 hour, brush slightly with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, bake for 15-18 mins on 190 d, serve with baked fish.


  • Roll patties 1 packet

Ingredients for salad:

  • Boiled chickpeas 2 cups
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Boiled and shredded chicken 1 cup
  • Pineapple cubes ½ cup
  • Capsicum cut into tiny cubes 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Paprika for topping
  • Parsley for topping



Mix all the ingredients for salad in a bowl, just before serving, put in the baked baskets, decorate with dash of paprika and sprig of parsley.
